Virgin Islands: Concrete
Advent Builders is seeking experienced concrete personnel and crews for a series of large-scale concrete projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are seeking qualified concrete professionals at all levels, including leadership, supervisors, foremen, form carpenters, rodbusters, finishers, equipment operators, laborers, and placement crews. Candidates must have strong experience in commercial, structural, and/or heavy concrete work and be willing to work on 30-day rotations consisting of 8-hour workdays, weekends off, with one monthly trip back to the mainland supported by an airfare allowance. Compensation is significantly higher than typical mainland U.S. pay rates and includes housing. Pay rate will depend on position, skill level, leadership ability, and years of experience. This is an opportunity to join a growing team on high-profile concrete projects in the USVI with steady work, strong pay, and organized crew rotations.
Must be a US or naturalized citizen or have documentation allowing you to work and travel within the US and its territories.
